Terms and Conditions

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself when required to submit, and we are committed to protecting your privacy and will not disclose personal information.

If you wish to contribute work that is not yours, then please do inform us first; this means do not steal images and pass them off as your own.

If you believe that any material on our website infringes upon any copyright that you own or control, then please do contact us regarding any such infringement.

You are solely responsible for any personal data or information that you choose to disclose and make publicly accessible to us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law you agree to indemnify and hold London Unseen harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of content that you submit or otherwise make available.

You may, at any time, ask us to cancel or remove any content that you have uploaded to London Unseen.  And we will act upon your request.

We promise not to knowingly use any image without the rightful permission of its correct owner/photographer/contributor.

We do not wish to have sole exclusivity rights over any photographers/contributors work; this means that you retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in the content that you submit.

We are not responsible if, without our knowledge, a third party [unwittingly – remove] steals an image from London Unseen and [uses – remove] copies it for use elsewhere; but will take all reasonable precautions [the best we can – remove] to prevent this from happening.

We will not be responsible for any loss you may suffer through the cancellation of your account.

We at any time have the right to remove any photographers/contributors content.

We may change any of the above terms, but will give reasonable notice before any changes take place.

Thank you.
